At Wax It Wellness & Rejuvenation, we’re seeking a friendly and confident Guest Coordinator to be the first and last point of contact for our valued guests. Your role will be crucial in ensuring their experience with us is enjoyable, relaxing, and memorable.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the salon.
- Create a beautiful ambiance for both staff and guests.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Assist guests with all their skincare needs.
Requirements:
- Bubbly and confident personality.
- Experience in beauty or cosmetic sales.
- Exceptional time management skills.
- Strong organizational and people management abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable meeting achievable KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
- Availability for rotating evening and weekend shifts.
