Evolution Skilled Solution (ESS) is looking for a driven 360 Account Manager to help grow our recruitment and labour hire business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys winning new clients, building strong relationships, and turning opportunities into long-term partnerships.
Your Role
- Generate and secure new business opportunities
- Manage and grow existing client accounts
- Build relationships with clients and key decision-makers
- Work closely with recruitment teams to deliver workforce solutions
- Manage the full sales and account management cycle
- Drive revenue, client retention, and business growth
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years' experience in sales, account management, recruitment, or labour hire
- Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills
- Commercially driven and target-focused
- Excellent relationship-building abilities
- Strong understanding of WHS requirements
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Own laptop and mobile phone
