HEARD YOU MISS ME is an emerging Sydney-based womenswear label focused on romantic dressing, and elevated, immersive brand experiences.
We are looking for a confident, personable and highly sales-driven Store Manager to lead our new Paddington boutique and grow with HYMM long-term.
THE ROLE
- Drive boutique sales and achieve individual and store sales targets
- Lead the day-to-day operation of the boutique
- Deliver an exceptional, highly personalised customer experience
- Style customers and build long-term client relationships
- Manage, roster and train casual retail staff
- Manage stock, inventory and store operations
- Maintain and regularly refresh visual merchandising
- Take ownership of store presentation and standards
- Support and contribute ideas for events, activations and launches
ABOUT YOU
- Strong proven sales experience is essential
- 1+ year retail management experience
- Confident, outgoing and genuinely enjoys engaging with customers
- Strong interest in fashion and styling
- Proactive, organised and reliable
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of the store

- Full-time preferred
- Part-time and casual applicants will also be considered

REMUNERATION
Retail Employee Level 6 under the General Retail Industry Award 2020, plus applicable weekend penalty rates, superannuation and performance-based bonuses.
