We’re looking for an Installation Manager to manage the delivery of kitchen installation projects and key residential builder accounts.
You’ll keep jobs moving, coordinate installers and subcontractors, work with builders and suppliers, and make sure every project is delivered on time, to a high standard and with the customer looked after.
This is a hands-on coordination role suited to someone who knows construction and can get people and jobs moving.

Manage installations

Plan and manage installation schedules from start to finish.
- Coordinate installers, subcontractors, suppliers and deliveries.
- Keep jobs on track and meet DIFOT (Delivery In Full, On Time) targets.
- Keep builders, customers and internal teams up to date.
- Step in early when issues arise and get them sorted.
Quality & site standards

Carry out pre- and post-installation site checks.
- Make sure work meets company, customer and construction standards.
- Identify and report defects, issues and non-conformances.
- Keep job records and completion paperwork up to date.
- Make sure all work meets WHS and site safety requirements.
Lead the team

Give installers and subcontractors clear direction and support.
- Allocate work and monitor performance.
- Help with onboarding and performance management.
- Build strong working relationships between the site team and office.
- Lead by example when it comes to safety, quality and conduct.
- Experience or qualifications in cabinet making, construction or a related trade.
- Good knowledge of kitchen installation and residential construction.
- Experience working with builders, construction managers or site supervisors.
- Experience leading, coordinating or managing trades or site teams.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- A practical, can-do approach and strong customer focus.
- Understanding of WHS requirements.
- Current Driver’s License and White Card.
