Role: ICT Team Coordinator
Location: Murarrie, Brisbane QLD
Employment Type: Permanent, Part-time - 28 hours per week
Provide high-quality coordination and executive support to our Chief Information Officer
Goodstart Early Learning is seeking an organised and proactive ICT Team Coordinator to provide comprehensive day-to-day coordination and administrative support to our Chief Information Officer (CIO) and ICT Management Team.
This is an opportunity to work closely with senior ICT leaders within a large and dynamic organisation, helping to ensure the day-to-day operation of the ICT function is well organised, coordinated and supported.
About the role
Working closely with the CIO and ICT Management Team, you will provide a broad range of executive and team coordination support, including:
- Managing the CIO's diary, meetings, travel arrangements, correspondence and appointments.
- Coordinating meetings, workshops and team activities, including preparation of agendas and meeting minutes.
- Preparing and coordinating reports, presentations, governance papers and other documentation.
- Acting as secretariat for key meetings and ensuring actions and information are accurately captured and followed up.
- Coordinating communications across the ICT team on behalf of the CIO and ICT leadership.
- Supporting recruitment and onboarding activities across the ICT function.
- Coordinating team travel, expenses and other administrative requirements.
- Maintaining accurate records, registers and documentation.
- Supporting ICT procurement activities as required.
- Building and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders across the organisation.
- Providing proactive support to the CIO and ICT Management Team as priorities arise.

About you
You will be an experienced administrator or coordinator who is highly organised, adaptable and confident working with senior stakeholders.
You will bring:
- Proven experience in a fast-paced administration, coordination, executive support or business support environment.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines with professionalism and composure.
- Confidence communicating and building effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience coordinating meetings, preparing presentations and taking accurate and comprehensive minutes.
- A proactive approach, with the initiative to identify what needs to be done and follow matters through to completion.
- The ability to work collaboratively and exercise sound judgement, discretion and confidentiality.
- Previous experience working within a technology or ICT environment will be highly regarded.
