About the Role
As a Retail Team Member, you will be the face of our store, delivering exceptional customer experiences while maintaining high standards in product quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide warm and engaging customer service
- Assist customers with product selection and recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Prepare and package cupcakes, beverages, and other menu items
- Maintain store cleanliness and adhere to food safety standards
- Refill and present displays to company visual merchandising standards
- Work collaboratively with the team during busy periods
What We’re Looking For
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
- Availability to work weekends and peak shopping hours
- Previous retail or hospitality experience preferred (but not essential)
- Barista experience
