As a Front of House Team Member and Host, you’ll bring Mi Casa Es Tu Casa to life through warm, genuine hospitality.
You’ll be a key part of the guest journey from arrival to farewell, working across Host, Bar, Pass and All-Rounder in a fast-paced environment.
- Welcome every guest warmly, explain how the venue works and set the tone for their Costa Taco experience.
- Manage the door, guest flow and seating plan using our host guidelines and floor plan.
- Take orders, process payments and run food using our POS and service procedures.
- Prepare drinks according to our recipes and presentation standards.
- Follow Costa Taco systems, service procedures and checklists consistently.
- Keep the dining area clean, organised and ready for every guest.
- Communicate clearly with the FOH and BOH teams to support smooth and consistent service.
- Complete opening, service and closing responsibilities, reporting any issues to the Supervisor.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and making people feel at home.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic and team-player mindset.
- Confidence communicating with guests and working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail, speed, initiative and cleanliness.
- Comfort working within clear systems, expectations and procedures.

- Flexibility across lunch, dinner and weekends.
Previous Front of House experience is preferred, but we’re happy to train the right person who brings the right attitude and passion for hospitality.
