The Role
Join Pepper Money as our Senior Manager Data and Analytics and play a key role in shaping strategic decision-making across our Mortgage and White Label businesses. This is a highly visible leadership position where you'll transform complex data into actionable insights, helping drive commercial growth, improve operational performance and enhance customer outcomes.
Working closely with senior leaders across Sales, Product, Credit, Operations and Partner Management, you'll influence business strategy, lead reporting and analytics initiatives, and identify opportunities that deliver meaningful results.
Lead the development and ongoing enhancement of business reporting, dashboards and performance analytics.
Deliver executive-level insights that support business planning, forecasting and strategic decision-making.
Analyse performance across brokers, aggregators, products, channels and customer segments to identify trends, risks and growth opportunities.
Partner with senior stakeholders to establish sales targets, performance frameworks and key business metrics.
Lead and develop a Manila-based Data and Analytics team, providing coaching, direction and capability uplift.
Act as a key SME on strategic projects and business initiatives, including ownership of the Dynamics CRM roadmap and analytics capability improvements.
Drive continuous improvement across reporting capability, data quality and business processes.
About you
You're a commercially minded analytics leader who knows how to turn data into meaningful insights and measurable business outcomes. Comfortable operating at both a strategic and hands-on level, you're confident influencing senior stakeholders, leading teams and solving complex business challenges through data-driven decision-making.
Extensive experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting or commercial performance management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations.
Experience working with large datasets, reporting platforms and business intelligence tools.
Proven stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence and engage leaders at all levels.
Experience leading teams, projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tell a compelling story through data.
Banking, lending or financial services experience, ideally with an understanding of the mortgage origination lifecycle.
Advanced Excel skills and exposure to tools such as Tableau, Dynamics or similar analytics platforms.
