Daimler Trucks Somerton is looking for a full-time Service Advisor who’s passionate about providing exceptional customer care and ensuring every interaction feels personal, professional, and effortless.
As the friendly face of our Service Department, you’ll be the key link between our customers and workshop team—making sure every vehicle gets the attention it deserves, and every customer feels valued and informed from start to finish.
This is a permanent opportunity offering full-time hours of 7.30am to 3.30pm, Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will be required to work alternate Saturdays from 7.30am to 12.00pm.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Be the first point of contact for customers—welcoming them in person, over the phone, and via email.
- Listen to customer needs, provide honest advice, and coordinate service bookings and repairs efficiently.
- Keep customers informed at every stage with clear, proactive communication.
- Work closely with technicians to ensure services run smoothly and on schedule.
- Build long-term relationships by delivering exceptional service that exceeds expectations.

- Experienced Service Advisor (automotive industry preferred).
- A natural communicator who genuinely enjoys helping people.
- Highly organised, proactive, and calm under pressure.
