We are seeking a Performance Mentor and Trainer to join our Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) program. This pivotal role focuses on building frontline capability and driving performance outcomes through targeted training, coaching, mentoring and continuous improvement initiatives.
Working closely with Employment Service Area Managers and frontline teams, you will support staff to meet and exceed contractual and organisational standards by embedding best practice aligned with the Organisation’s Global Service Model (GSM).
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about service excellence, enjoys working in dynamic environments, and is motivated by lifting performance through collaboration, coaching and practical solutions. This role will be based at Cannington, although travel will be required across Perth metropolitan region.
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Extensive experience in Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA), Disability Employment Services or similar Government-funded employment services
- Strong knowledge of the IEA Deed, Guidelines and Performance Framework
- Proven experience designing and delivering engaging training, coaching and mentoring programs
- Exceptional understanding of KPIs, performance reporting and contractual requirements
- Experience supporting capability across participant engagement, placements, ongoing support, post-placement support, claims and compliance
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify performance trends and implement practical improvement strategies
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across all organisational levels
- Qualifications in Employment Services, Human Services, Training, Human Resources or Business are advantageous.
