About the Role
As a Cleaner within the Environmental Services team, you will help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for aged care residents, visitors, and staff. You will be responsible for cleaning resident rooms, communal areas, offices, and facilities while supporting infection control and workplace health and safety standards.
Duties
Clean and sanitise resident rooms, bathrooms, and communal areas.
- Vacuum, mop, dust, and maintain floor surfaces.
- Operate cleaning equipment and use cleaning products safely.
- Follow infection prevention and control procedures.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the facility.
- Comply with workplace health and safety requirements and Jimbelunga Nursing Centre policies and procedures.

- Starting base rate is $29.98 per hour.

Requirement
- Highly Desirable Experienced or Qualified Cleaner.
- Reliability and shift flexibility.
- Good time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Basic computer skills.
- Working rights in Australia.
- NDIS worker clearance (yellow card) or eligible to apply.
- Flu shot 2026.
