We’re looking for an enthusiastic Centre Manager to lead the team at The Parc Armstrong Creek. This hands-on role is perfect for a people-focused leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, supporting their crew and connecting with community.
About The Parc
The Parc is the exciting new evolution of Ninja Parc, an Australian indoor adventure brand built around movement, adventure and fun. Our venues bring together exciting indoor attractions and full service cafes creating the ultimate experience for the whole family.
The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of The Parc Armstrong Creek, the leadership of it's crew and the growth of the venue within the local community.
Key Accountabilities

Achieve financial and booking targets

Develop all The Parc Armstrong Creek crew members

Develop and implement local area marketing plans
What we are looking for (Essential):

Experience in leading a team of people

Experience in staff rostering and recruitment

Proven track record of achieving financial and/or operational targets

Proven track record of upholding high standards

Willingness to learn and grow within the company

Willingness to work weekends

Working with Children Check

Current First Aid and CPR

Current drivers license

National Police Check
Desirable:

Experience in FEC operations

Experience in sports centre operations

Experience in cafe/hospitality operations

Experience working with younger staff members

Management certification/qualification

Experience in financial management
