Service Advisor

Freighter Group is one of Australasia's leading manufacturers and service providers of trailers and transport solutions. We're looking for an organised, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our Campbelltown dealership and play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience.
As the link between our customers and workshop, you'll be responsible for coordinating repairs from booking through to completion, ensuring clear communication, accurate estimates and efficient job management.
About the Role
Reporting to the Lead Service Advisor, you'll work closely with our workshop, parts team and customers to ensure every job is delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service from enquiry through to vehicle collection.
- Preparing repair estimates and quotations.
- Creating and managing work orders in SAP.
- Scheduling workshop bookings and coordinating repair progress.
- Maintaining regular communication with customers throughout the repair process.
- Liaising with technicians, parts and suppliers to ensure efficient turnaround times.
- Preparing invoices and minimising Work in Progress (WIP).
- Assisting with warranty administration and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
- Promoting a safe, organised and professional workplace.
About You
You'll be someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service.
To be successful you'll have:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer service role.
- Strong administration and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- The ability to prioritise multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
- Confidence using computer systems, with SAP experience highly regarded.
- Mechanical knowledge or experience within the heavy vehicle, transport or automotive industry will be highly regarded.
