The Opportunity
Elizabeth Gardens Residential Aged Care is seeking dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Assistants to join our residential aged care team on a part-time or casual basis.
As a PCA, you will play a vital role in supporting residents' comfort, dignity, and wellbeing. Working as part of a collaborative and supportive team, you will deliver high-quality, person-centred care tailored to each resident's individual needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide person-centred care and support to residents.

Assist with personal care, mobility, meals, and daily living activities.

Complete accurate care documentation and reporting.
-
Monitor and report changes in resident wellbeing.
-
Maintain compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and safety requirements.

Work collaboratively with residents, families, and the care team.

Participate in mandatory training and continuous improvement initiatives.
What You’ll Bring:

Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent.

Experience in aged care or health services (preferred).

A compassionate, patient, residentfocused approach.
-
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
-
Understanding of personcentred care and dignity of risk.

Availability for afternoon and morning shifts.
