St Peter’s Anglican Grammar and St Peter’s Heart are two of three schools governed by Campbelltown Anglican Schools, as a ministry of St Peter’s Anglican Church, Campbelltown. St Peter’s Anglican Grammar is a Pre-K to Year 6 school, and St Peter’s Heart is a special school catering for students with mild to moderate intellectual disability and/or mild to moderate Autism Spectrum Disorder from K to Year 6.

About the Role
The position of the Casual Teacher is to ensure the pastoral, spiritual and academic needs of all students in their care are met. The successful candidate will be an appropriately qualified teacher with the ability to utilise effective teaching and learning strategies. The candidate will demonstrate strong classroom management skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other staff members to maintain a safe learning environment for all students within the school.
The duties include, but are not limited to:
- Professionally representing the School in personal presentation, mannerisms and Christ-like service.
- Operating with a high and consistent standard of service.
- Working within the School’s framework at all times.
- Participating in the Christian Life of the School
- Taking reasonable care for the health and safety of all people who may be affected by the employee’s acts or omissions at work.
- Maintaining appropriate levels of classroom management and discipline.
- Actively supervising playground duties, as required.
- Complying with all expectations outlined in the Staff Handbook, Code of Conduct, Child Protection and other school policies.
- Provide feedback to classroom teacher regarding lessons and students.
