We're looking for experienced baristas to join our Mörk venue teams across Melbourne — from brilliant baristas and all-rounders to Senior Baristas and Supervisors looking for their next step.
We really love good coffee. And chocolate is at the heart of what we do.
We're looking for people with a strong specialty coffee background who share our love of flavour and craft. People who care about dialling in by taste, beautiful milk texture and bringing the same care and consistency to every cup.
And there's more to explore beyond the coffee cup.
Coffee sits alongside chocolate, pastry and the experience we create around them. You might be making coffee, introducing someone to a Campfire Hot Chocolate, sharing what you've learnt about cacao, or helping a customer discover something new to take home.
You don't need to arrive knowing everything about chocolate. But you do need to enjoy it and be curious about it — excited to taste, learn and share what you discover.
Good hospitality, to us, is warm, thoughtful and genuine. We love people who can read the person in front of them, start a conversation and make a thoughtful recommendation.

We're also keen to meet Senior Baristas, Lead Baristas and Supervisors who want to stay hands-on while taking on a little more.
You might already lead shifts, support dial-ins, train other baristas or simply be someone others naturally turn to for support and direction.
We're looking for people who can help set the rhythm for the day, keep standards high and bring the team along with them — across coffee, service and sales — while still being right there on the floor.
A little about Mörk
Mörk began in Melbourne with drinking chocolate and a curiosity about cacao. Today, we make our chocolate from cacao bean to finished product at our North Melbourne Foundry and bring it together with specialty coffee and pastry across our Melbourne venues.
We care deeply about what we make and how we serve it. Our venues should feel warm, welcoming and generous — places where great products come with genuine human connection.
We have part-time and full-time opportunities, and we'll work through the best fit based on your experience, availability and where you'll thrive.
Weekend availability is particularly helpful.
