The Opportunity
As a Human Resources Business Partner at Brightwater, you'll work alongside key stakeholders to translate organisational priorities into focused, proactive and practical people strategies that improve workforce capability, performance, engagement and retention across the business.
As a trusted advisor, you will be the first point of contact for managers and senior leaders, helping them build capability, strengthen engagement and enhance organisational performance. You will provide contemporary, risk-aware guidance across a diverse range of HR policy, employee relations and workforce matters.

What You'll Bring
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Management or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated human resources experience in a similar role, together with comprehensive knowledge of contemporary HR practices and issues.
- Confidence in ER/IR risk management, case strategy and stakeholder management.
- Experience interpreting and applying Enterprise Agreements (negotiation experience highly regarded).
- Highly developed communication, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong analytical capability with the ability to turn data into clear, actionable insights.
- High discretion, sound judgement and emotional intelligence.
- Collaborative, adaptable and outcomes-focused.
- A satisfactory National Police Clearance issued within the past 12 months.
- A current valid WA driver's licence.
- Previous experience in aged care, disability or health is advantageous but not essential.
