Hey Days is on the lookout for a skilled and motivated full-time cook to join our energetic team. We're a modern, fast-paced breakfast café that also caters to functions and events - known for our sharp service, high standards, and fun, welcoming vibe.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Food Preparation & Cooking: Prepare, season, and cook high-quality dishes for our fast-paced café breakfast/lunch service and custom function menus.
- Quality Control: Examine and inspect all foodstuffs and ingredients to ensure maximum freshness and quality standards.
- Equipment & Temperature Regulation: Safely operate and monitor commercial kitchen equipment, ensuring precise temperature regulation of ovens, grills, and hot lines.
- Plating & Presentation: Accurately portion food, execute clean plate presentation, and apply specific gravies, sauces, or garnishes according to venue standards.
- Dietary Management: Tailor food preparation to meet special customer dietary requirements, allergies, and cultural preferences safely.
- Food Safety & Storage: Maintain rigorous kitchen hygiene and organise the storage of food supplies in designated temperature-controlled facilities.
- Kitchen Operations: Assist with maintaining prep schedules, estimating food requirements, and keeping a clean, efficient station.
