Your impact
As our Senior Corporate Accountant, you'll be at the heart of Transdev Australasia's finance operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting while contributing to budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, and finance transformation initiatives. You'll work closely with budget owners, senior leaders, and the CFO to provide meaningful analysis that supports business decision-making.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional seeking broad exposure across a complex, multi-entity organisation for 12 months.
What you'll do
- Prepare monthly journals, cost allocations, and capital project reporting.
- Deliver accurate month-end reporting and detailed P&L analysis.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning activities, including payroll modelling in Anaplan.
- Contribute to consolidated statutory accounts and year-end audit activities.
- Provide financial analysis and insights for internal and external stakeholders.
- Champion the use of Power BI and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support finance transformation activities, including the implementation of new financial systems.
- Ensure strong internal controls and reporting governance are maintained.
What you bring
Experience & qualifications:
- CPA or CA qualified.
- Strong financial accounting and reporting experience.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with Anaplan and/or Power BI will be highly regarded.
