You Will Be Responsible For:
- Conducting a range of general survey on construction for residential subdivisions;
- Preparing and managing accurate survey plans, cadastral maps and legal descriptions for land parcels.
- Collaborating with clients, government agencies and other stakeholders to deliver required project outcomes;
- Ensuring all work is accurate and complies with legal and regulatory standards for registered surveying; and
- Maintaining meticulous records and documentation of survey data and findings.
Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Surveyor, ideally in the construction industry
- A bachelor degree in Surveying
- Must be registered with the Surveyor's Board of QLD
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to ensure effective two-way communication when consulting and communicating with clients, external stakeholders, management and colleagues;
- Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and within a team;
- Proficiency in advanced surveying software and equipment to ensure precision and efficiency in civil surveying activities.
- A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to project sites as needed.
