Responsibilities
l Represent Costway at designated partner stores every weekend, promoting and selling our massage chair range
l Proactively engage with customers, explain product features and benefits, and guide them through a hands-on experience
l Drive in-store conversions and work towards achieving sales targets
l Provide a brief end-of-day report on store performance and sales outcomes after each shift
l Uphold Costway's brand standards and maintain professional product presentation in-store
Requirements
l Based in Melbourne; local residents strongly preferred
l Valid driver's licence and own vehicle required (fuel reimbursed)
l Strong spoken English with confident customer-facing communication skills
l Prior experience in retail or face-to-face sales preferred; background in furniture, home appliances, or home goods is a plus
l Available to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently, approximately 6–8 hours per shift
l Long-term commitment preferred; self-motivated and able to work independently on-site
Compensation & Benefits
