The Role
Council is seeking an experienced Change Analyst to join the Digital Transformation & Innovation team. The Change Analyst plays a key role in Council’s digital transformation initiatives by delivering change management strategies and plans in structured change management practices.
What You Will Do
- Support the development and implementation of change management strategies and plans across digital transformation initiatives.
- Conduct change impact assessments, identify risks and resistance and contribute to mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and deliver communications and support stakeholder engagement and consultation activities.
- Monitor and report on change progress, including supporting readiness activities and benefit realisation.
- Assist in the coordination and delivery of training programs to enable employee adoption of change.

You will bring experience in organisational change management, with the ability to apply structured methodologies to support successful delivery of digital transformation initiatives.

- Proven ability to deliver and support organisational change initiatives using structured methodologies and practical approaches.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage, influence and build relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Sound analytical skills, including the ability to assess change impacts, identify risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
- High level of organisation, attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively to meet project timelines and outcomes.
Mandatory requirement:
- Tertiary qualifications in Social Science, Psychology, Organisational Development, Human Resources Management or other related field and/or substantial experience in developing and implementing change management frameworks, programs, initiatives and strategies in a diverse workforce.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering organisational change management
- Demonstrated experience in delivering and promoting training programs.
- Possess and maintain a current motor vehicle driver’s licence.
