Car Park / Valet Attendant – Melbourne CBD
Casual | 3–4 Days Per Week | Approx. 25 Hours
Victory Car Park is looking for a reliable, responsible and customer-focused Car Park / Valet Attendant to join our team at 530 Little Collins Street, Melbourne CBD.
This is a hands-on position that involves parking and moving customers' vehicles, assisting customers, and supporting the day-to-day operation of our busy CBD car park.
We are looking for someone who is confident behind the wheel, takes pride in providing excellent customer service and can work independently and responsibly.
Key Responsibilities
- Park, move and retrieve customers' vehicles safely and carefully
- Perform valet-style parking and vehicle movements
- Confidently drive both manual and automatic vehicles
- Assist customers entering and exiting the car park
- Direct vehicles to appropriate parking areas
- Assist customers with parking bookings and payments
- Help customers use the Victory Car Park App
- Respond to customer enquiries in a friendly and professional manner
- Monitor parking spaces and general car park operations
- Conduct regular checks of the car park
- Maintain a clean, safe and presentable environment
- Assist with basic administration and daily reporting when required
- Report any vehicle, safety or operational issues promptly
Essential Requirements
Applicants MUST:
- Hold a current Australian Driver Licence / International Licence
- MUST know how to confidently drive MANUAL vehicles
- Be experienced and confident driving both manual and automatic cars
- Be comfortable parking and manoeuvring a variety of customer vehicles
- Have excellent parking and vehicle-handling skills
- Have a safe and responsible driving approach
- Be reliable and punctual
- Be honest, trustworthy and responsible
- Be friendly, professional and well presented
- Have good communication and customer service skills
- Be comfortable using smartphones, apps and basic computer systems
- Be able to work independently with minimal supervision
Previous Experience
Previous experience in any of the following would be highly regarded, but is not essential:
- Valet parking
- Car park operations
- Automotive industry
- Car rental
- Dealerships
- Hotels

Employment: Casual
Hours: Approximately 25 hours per week
Days: Approximately 3–4 days per week

Start: Immediate start
Some flexibility with availability may be required depending on operational needs.
