Moreton Bay College is seeking a warm, proactive and culturally aware
International Liaison Officer to support our international students throughout their educational journey. Working within our International Office, you'll play a key role in ensuring students feel welcomed, supported and connected while studying at the College.
This is a rewarding opportunity to combine student wellbeing, administration and relationship management in a dynamic school environment that values global citizenship and exceptional student experiences.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Be a trusted point of contact for international students and their families.
- Support student wellbeing, engagement and successful integration into College life.
- Coordinate student arrivals, orientations and onboarding activities.
- Liaise with homestay providers to ensure students are safe, supported and thriving.
- Provide culturally appropriate communication and support to students, families and partners.
- Maintain accurate records and assist with international program administration and compliance requirements.

WHAT YOU BRING
- Experience in student support, administration, customer service or liaison roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across cultures.
- A caring and professional approach when supporting student wellbeing.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and database systems.
- Experience working with international students or proficiency in an additional language will be highly regarded.
- A current Queensland Blue Card or the ability to obtain one.
