We are a boutique Pilates & Wellness Studio located in Mt Waverley, offering a welcoming and beautifully curated space for our members.
Our studio offers Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, Yoga and recovery amenities, with a strong focus on creating a calm, friendly and positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors.
We are looking for a warm, friendly and reliable Studio Team Member to join our growing team.
About the Role
As a Studio Team Member, you will be an important part of creating a welcoming experience for our members and helping the studio run smoothly day to day.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Welcoming members and creating a friendly, positive first impression
- Assisting with member enquiries and general customer service
- Managing studio bookings and basic administrative tasks
- Assisting with studio opening and closing procedures
- Keeping the studio clean, organised and presented to a high standard
- Supporting the smooth operation of classes and studio activities
- Building positive relationships with members and creating a sense of community
- Assisting with general studio duties as required
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Warm, approachable and genuinely enjoys interacting with people
- Friendly, positive and professional
- Reliable, punctual and well organised
- Confident communicating with customers both in person and online
- Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team
- Passionate about health, wellness, fitness or the Pilates industry
- Able to maintain a calm and welcoming environment
- Available to work flexible hours, including some early mornings, evenings and/or weekends
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, fitness, Pilates, wellness or studio reception is highly regarded, but we are also open to the right person with a great attitude and willingness to learn.
