As our business continues to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Maintenance Systems Support Officer (Asset Coordinator) to join our Maintenance team and play a key role in managing asset data, preventative maintenance strategies and work order standards across the equipment lifecycle.

About the role
You'll be responsible for maintaining accurate asset information and ensuring preventative maintenance systems and work order standards remain aligned with current operational requirements.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Create and maintain assets, preventative maintenance policies and standard work orders throughout the asset lifecycle
- Process the electronic relocation of assets and components using site-based systems
- Review and update historical maintenance policies to reflect current, approved equipment configurations
- Monitor system usage and identify training requirements for users
- Partner with the Safety team to ensure maintenance strategies align with legislative requirements
- Work closely with the Maintenance Documentation team to maintain accurate and consistent information
- Carry out regular system health checks and identify opportunities for improvement
- Provide support and backfill for the Senior Asset Coordinator when required
About you
To be successful in this role, you’ll bring strong asset management experience, attention to detail and an understanding of maintenance systems within a mining, construction or heavy equipment environment.
You’ll ideally have:
- Mechanical trade qualification
- Previous experience in an asset coordination or maintenance systems role
- Experience working within the mining, civil or construction industries
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and computerised maintenance management systems (CMMS)
- A current Driver Licence
- A proactive approach and the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders
