ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
SUMMARY OF ROLE
Production Operators play a hands-on role in executing manufacturing activities across various production stages.
They are responsible for preparing materials, operating machinery, monitoring processes, and ensuring products are made and packed according to specifications, while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Production Operations
- Operate machinery and equipment according to work instructions and SOPs.
- Feed raw materials or components into machines and monitor for proper operation.
- Finalize and package products in line with production guidelines.
Quality and Compliance
- Perform basic checks on product quality during production runs.
- Identify and remove non-conforming items.
- Report issues to Line or Team Leader
- Follow GMP and safety standards throughout daily tasks.
Equipment and Housekeeping
- Perform basic maintenance, cleaning, and minor adjustments on equipment.
- Maintain a tidy workstation and comply with 5S principles.
- Assist with changeovers and equipment cleaning as required.
Team Communication and Support
- Communicate clearly with Line Leaders and teammates to ensure smooth workflow.
- Report equipment faults, safety concerns, or process issues promptly.
- Support other production areas when needed and carry out ad-hoc duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent communication in English. Mandarin will be a plus.
- Bilingual preferred
- Production experience in manufacturing is advantageous.
- Ability to follow instructions, work in a team, and meet daily performance targets.
- Basic troubleshooting and observation skills to identify process or quality issues.
- Familiarity with GMP compliance requirements, safety standards, and hygiene practices.

Pay: $32.18 per hour
