We are a small, independent community pharmacy looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Retail Pharmacy Assistant / Pharmacy Manager to join our team.

About the Role
Depending on your experience, responsibilities will include:
- Providing outstanding customer service and assisting customers with their needs
- Dispensing support and general pharmacy assistant duties
- OTC and front-of-shop sales
- Stock management, ordering and merchandising
- Receiving deliveries and maintaining inventory
- Maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming pharmacy
- Managing promotions and improving retail presentation
- Assisting with day-to-day pharmacy operations
- Supporting and motivating other team members
- Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues professionally
- Opening/closing and general operational responsibilities
- Helping drive sales and achieve pharmacy KPIs
- Ensuring pharmacy policies and procedures are followed

Previous pharmacy retail or management experience is highly regarded. A Certificate III in Community Pharmacy or relevant pharmacy experience would be advantageous.
