About the role:
The Quality Champions Program Coordinator is responsible for coordinating, implementing, and continuously improving the Quality Champions Program to ensure customer voices inform service quality, safeguarding outcomes and organisational improvement initiatives.
The role applies specialist knowledge of customer experience and quality improvement to support quality interviews, feedback analysis, program governance, reporting and stakeholder engagement. Working with a high degree of autonomy, the role exercises judgement to identify trends, risks and opportunities and develops recommendations that enhance the customer experience from interviews.
This is a part-time position, ideally suited to someone seeking to work three days per week.
What you will do:
- Conduct interviews and observations of participants’ living environment, supports and connections with their community and collaboratively draft reports for management review.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with key internal/external stakeholders.
- Ensure the privacy and confidentiality of Achieve Australia clients involved in the Quality Champions Program.
- Conduct follow up interviews with Quality Champion Program participants, to assess the implementation of actionable insights and recommendations for improved service quality.
- Modify communication style to suit various target audiences.
- Contribute to report writing and summarise findings.
- Coordinating consultations with Quality Champion pairs, meeting timelines and expectations.
- Building rapport with clients in a short period of time to ensure information gathered is meaningful and accurate.
To be suitable on this role, you will need:
- Experience providing coordination support within a project, program, quality, safeguarding or customer experience environment.
- Demonstrated experience maintaining records, databases, trackers and document management systems.
- Experience coordinating meetings, schedules and stakeholder communications.
- High level proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Maintain data quality, consistency and accuracy across all activities.
- Build collaborative relationships across teams to support customer-centred outcomes.
