How you will contribute to our mission in getting Australia to space:
The below is designed to give you an idea of the role you will play. There will be many more exciting and innovative things to do:

Perform cleaning of aerospace components and assemblies in accordance with approved procedures and/or customer requirements
-
Verify cleanliness requirements through testing, inspection, and process monitoring.

Maintain cleaning equipment, laboratory instruments, and process chemicals to ensure compliance with specifications.
-
Investigate cleanliness-related non-conformances and support corrective actions and process improvements
-
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental requirements
-
Handle and dispose of hazardous materials in approved manner
-
Collaborate with engineers to develop and document activities
-
To communicate with all managers and team members to ensure positive working relationships and adherence to the daily operational requirement
- Ability to off-hours work, as necessary, during certain build phases
-
Other duties as required by Management
Minimum Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
-
Certificate III, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Laboratory Techniques, Chemistry, Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
-
Experience working in a manufacturing, industrial, chemical, or laboratory environment
-
Demonstrated experience in laboratory testing and analysis
-
Strong understanding of quality systems and documentation requirements
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Desired Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
-
Experience with cleaning chemistry or surface treatment processes
-
Experience with laboratory calibration and equipment maintenance
-
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Sound organisational and time management skills
-
Commitment to safety and quality standards, knowledge of ISO 9001 quality systems

Understanding of continuous improvement principles
-
Ability to rapidly adapt to changes in direction while working in a fast-paced, challenging work environment.
