At Bindaree Food Group's Myola Feedlot, the Feeding Team is the engine room of everything we do. Every ration mixed, every bunk called and every truck loaded feeds directly into the quality our customers rely on.
We're looking for an experienced feedlot feeder ready to step up into a leadership role. Someone who's called bunks, run a feed truck, and knows what a well-fed pen looks like, and who's ready to lead a hands-on crew of feed truck drivers.
About You
- Hands-on experience feeding in a commercial feedlot environment is essential — you know ration mixing, bunk calling and feed truck operation from the ground up
- Genuine leadership instincts — you communicate clearly up and down the chain and people trust what you say
- Strong time management and the ability to juggle competing priorities without dropping the ball
- A proactive, resourceful approach — you fix what you can and flag what you can't
- An eye for detail and a genuine commitment to safety and quality outcomes
- Solid record-keeping habits and the confidence to report clearly and accurately
- A team-first mindset, ready to work at heights and in silos when the job requires it
