As the Assistant Director at Goodstart Kenmore Princeton Street, you'll work alongside our experienced Centre Director to help lead a high-performing team and support the day-to-day operations of our centre.
You'll use your leadership skills and early childhood expertise to mentor educators, build strong family relationships, and contribute to a positive, inclusive centre culture.

✔ Previous experience as an Assistant Director, Centre Leader, or in a similar leadership role
✔ Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
✔ Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, and coaching skills
✔ Current QLD Working with Children Check
✔ Passion for delivering exceptional outcomes for children, families, and teams
