What to Expect
Tesla is seeking a deeply process oriented, experienced, and self-driven reverse logistics and service fulfillment coordinator to support Tesla Energy Warranty business in APAC. Will require coordinating international and domestic shipments for our energy products. You will work cross-functionally with Tesla certified installers, logistics carriers, warehousing, service, and quality engineering to improve and manage Tesla's energy service fulfillment and return process.
What You'll Do-
Coordinate dangerous goods shipments for domestic and international service orders.

Keep track of aging service orders and follow up with carriers on aging/delayed shipments.

Support service fulfillment to meet aggressive quarterly and yearly goals.

Work with EH&S and service engineering to keep business up to date on correct disposition of energy products.
- Collaborate with quality engineering to improve rate of return for failed units of high interest.

Develop strategies to increase return rate from 3rd party installers.

Pull data from internal dashboards to investigate aging MRBs to reduce backlog.
What You'll Bring-
Degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or the equivalent of experience and evidence of exceptional ability

2+ years of professional experience in logistics, supply chain, and/or evidence of exceptional ability

Demonstrated communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to write, speak, and present effectively and persuasively at all levels

Strong analytical and organizational skills; ability to achieve success in situations with high degrees of variation and complexity
- Ability to code in SQL and Tableau a plus.
