Pallet Racking & Warehouse Storage Systems
Full Time | Monday–Friday | 7:00am Start | Perth
We are looking for an experienced, reliable and quality-focused Lead Installer / Installation Supervisor to take ownership of our onsite pallet racking and warehouse storage installations.
This is not a position for someone looking to simply turn up and be told what to do all day.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, can be trusted to run a job properly, leads by example and expects a high standard from the people working alongside them.
The Role
You will take day-to-day ownership of our installation sites and work alongside/supervise our installation team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Running pallet racking and storage system installations
- Reading and working from installation drawings
- Setting out jobs correctly
- Leading and supervising installers/labourers
- Maintaining a high standard of workmanship
- Keeping jobs moving efficiently and productively
- Identifying site issues and variations before they become problems
- Liaising professionally with customers onsite
- Ensuring tools, equipment and materials are looked after
- Keeping sites clean, organised and safe
- Completing installation checks, photos and handover requirements
- Taking genuine ownership of the finished result
What We're Looking For
Above everything else, we want someone reliable who takes pride in doing a job properly.
Ideally you will have:
- Experience installing pallet racking, shelving or warehouse storage systems
- Experience leading jobs or other installers
- Strong practical/mechanical ability
- Ability to read drawings and work independently
- Good attention to detail
- A strong work ethic and willingness to put in a full day's work
- Good communication and customer-facing skills
- Current driver's licence
- Forklift, EWP, Working at Heights and relevant tickets are highly regarded
Experience in pallet racking is strongly preferred; however, we would consider an exceptional candidate from a similar installation, steel, construction, mechanical or commercial fitout background.
Hours
This is a full-time Monday–Friday position with a 7:00am start.
We are looking for someone comfortable working full days, with regular overtime/additional hours as project requirements dictate. Finish times will vary depending on the job.
Occasional regional work may also be required.
