What Will Your Day Look Like?
Every day is different.
You will work alongside injured workers, employers, insurers, treating health professionals and medical specialists to achieve positive recovery and return to work outcomes.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting workplace assessments and understanding the physical demands of a range of industries and roles
- Supporting individuals to safely return to work or remain at work following injury or illness
- Collaborating with treating doctors, specialists and allied health professionals to develop and implement graded return to work plans
- Preparing evidence based reports and recommendations to support recovery, independence and sustainable return to work outcomes
- Building strong relationships with employers, insurers and treatment providers to drive successful outcome
- Managing complex cases with empathy, professionalism and a solutions focused approach
- Helping workers and employers navigate complex situations with confidence and empathy
Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking health professionals who are eager to learn, motivated to grow and passionate about making a difference.
You will bring:
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology or Physiotherapy
- Current AHPRA or ESSA registration
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- A genuine interest in injury management, recovery and workplace health
- A proactive mindset and commitment to continuous learning
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Confidence managing competing priorities and complex situations
