- Working in the kitchen and back area.
- Preparing and cooking seafood
- Assembling and preparing ingredients for cooking
- Preparing food and beverage trays for serving
- Cooking, toasting and heating simple food items
- Cleaning food preparation areas, utensils and sculleries
- Follow all safe food handling and WHS procedures
Training will be held in Sydney with flight cost covered.
