Provider Service Pty Ltd is an established NDIS provider seeking a motivated, organised and highly capable Service Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis, with the opportunity to transition to full-time.
We are looking for a proactive multi-tasker who can manage day-to-day coordination responsibilities while also supporting consultations, administration and other business operations.
About the Role
The Service Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating participant services, communicating with participants and support workers, maintaining accurate records and assisting with the smooth operation of our NDIS services.
This is a varied role suited to someone who is organised, confident with technology and comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate participant supports and services in line with individual needs and plans.
- Communicate professionally with participants, support workers, families, Support Coordinators and other stakeholders.
- Manage rosters, schedules and service arrangements.
- Monitor support delivery and follow up on any issues or concerns.
- Maintain accurate participant records, case notes and documentation.
- Assist with service agreements, onboarding and other administrative requirements.
- Coordinate and follow up on invoices, timesheets and other service-related documentation.
- Assist with participant and business-related consultations.
- Respond to enquiries and assist with general business administration.
- Support the management team with day-to-day operational tasks.
- Assist with compliance documentation and NDIS-related administrative requirements.
- Use systems such as ShiftCare, QuickBooks and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Handle confidential participant and business information appropriately.
- Take on additional administrative and operational tasks as required.
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities.
- A strong communicator with excellent written and verbal English.
- Confident, professional and comfortable communicating with different stakeholders.
- Computer literate and able to quickly learn new software and systems.
- Experienced in administration, coordination or the NDIS sector.
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate records.
- Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible and willing to assist with different areas of the business.
- Reliable, responsible and committed to maintaining confidentiality.
Desirable
- Previous experience working with an NDIS provider.
- Experience with ShiftCare, QuickBooks or similar platforms.
- Understanding of NDIS participant plans, service agreements, support coordination and compliance requirements.
- Previous experience in service coordination, administration or disability services.

The successful candidate will initially commence on a part-time basis, with the opportunity for the role to develop into a full-time position based on performance, business requirements and mutual suitability.
