Prestige Inhome Care is looking for experienced
Disability Support Workers to support clients in
Norlane and Lara. If you're passionate about person-centred care and confident supporting people with complex needs, we'd love to hear from you.
About the Role As a Disability Support Worker, you'll empower clients to live safely and independently in their own homes by providing:
- Personal care and disability support
- Manual handling (including hoists and mobility equipment)
- Domestic assistance (cleaning, laundry and meal preparation)
- Community access and transport (escorted and unescorted)
- Meal preparation (breakfast, lunch and dinner)
- Emotional support, companionship and goal-focused care
Shifts Available: Day shifts (8:00 am – 5:00 pm), weekdays and weekends.
What You'll Bring We're looking for experienced support workers who have:
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Disability Support Worker
- Hands-on manual handling experience and training
- Experience supporting clients with behaviours of concern
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates
- A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- An NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
