Daily job description:
Support with network installation, debugging, and troubleshooting;
Configure, debug, manage and monitor various network devices;
Server operation and maintenance (Linux, Windows);
Wireless network management and equipment maintenance and tuning;
Provide IT support to customers via email and phone consult or onsite.
Candidates requirements:
MUST have at least 1-year experience in Telco (Internet Service Provider) industry
Be familiar with network and Wireless network
Be familiar with theory and operation of Linux server
Be familiar with of NBN, Opticomm, and Lynham services
Understand equipment safety
Have knowledge of the window domain
Have theoretical knowledge of VOIP
Good written and oral communication skills in English
Education requirements:
At least a Certificate IV of Information Technology
