- Technical Communication Bridge: Serves as a professional communication bridge between the CEO and internal R&D teams, external scientific advisors, or academic partners, ensuring the accurate transmission of technical information and project progress.
Research Information Hub: Responsible for screening, distilling, and “filtering out noise” from vast amounts of cutting-edge academic literature and industry research reports; prepares concise summaries for the CEO to save them reading time and assist in determining technical directions.
- Research and Development Support: Actively participates in the initiation and application processes for research projects, intellectual property strategy, and the commercialization of research outcomes; assists in drafting and organizing project proposals, policy recommendations, and even academic papers.
Capital Operations Support: Assist the CEO in facilitating communication and engagement with investment institutions and fund management companies; participate in the preparation of materials related to investment and financing, business negotiations, and investor relations management.
Government Affairs Coordination: Follow up on applications and communications regarding government project approvals, industry subsidies, and policy support programs; serve as a key liaison between the company and government regulatory agencies.
- Hosting High-Profile Guests: Coordinate business hospitality for key domestic and international visitors, including leading scientific experts, investment firm partners, and high-ranking government officials, representing the company with a professional image.
Cross-Border Business and Schedule Management: Manage the CEO’s complex global travel and international conference schedules, and be responsible for drafting and translating high-level English business correspondence, contract drafts, and presentations.
Cross-Departmental Strategic Oversight: As the operational hub of the CEO’s office, oversee the execution of strategic projects across departments (Administration, Finance, HR, R&D) to ensure the implementation of the company’s core business strategies.
Pay: $12,584.49 – $15,635.73 per month
