Location: Emporium Melbourne – Premium Sheepskin Lifestyle Store
Are you passionate about retail and skilled in building genuine connections with customers? We’re looking for a confident and motivated Retail Sales Specialist to join our store in the heart of Melbourne CBD.
About the Role
You’ll be working in a well-established Australian sheepskin lifestyle store, offering a premium range of products including Ugg boots, sheepskin rugs, wool accessories, and baby care items. This role blends retail sales with light content creation and offers the chance to grow with a trusted local brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage and assist customers in-store, delivering outstanding product knowledge and service
- We have a lot of international tourists from all over the world
- Manage daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and processing EFTPOS sales
- Act as a brand ambassador, relaying customer feedback and product requests to head office
About You
- Minimum 2 years' experience in retail sales, ideally in footwear, fashion, or lifestyle products
- Fluent in both spoken and written English & ideally Chinese
- Comfortable working independently and proactively in a fast-paced retail environment
- Friendly, reliable, and approachable, with a strong focus on customer service
- Available to work weekends and weekdays based on a rotating roster
