You’ll join a supportive multidisciplinary allied health team where you can broaden your clinical skills, work across a diverse caseload and make a meaningful difference to people living in rural and remote communities.
We’re open to full-time or part-time arrangements for the right candidate. This is a maternity leave backfill position until January 2028, with Monday to Friday hours and no regular weekend work with potential extension.
The role includes regular outreach travel to surrounding communities, with overnight stays as required depending on service needs. Travel may involve driving or small plane flights, with travel completed during work hours where possible. Any required after-hours travel is supported through time in lieu, and a work vehicle is provided.

- Salary from $82,858 to $105,893 + super (Pro-rata for part-time) based on experience

About the role
- Deliver OT services across a diverse community caseload
- Support children, adults and older people to achieve meaningful outcomes
- Complete functional, cognitive, developmental and environmental assessments
- Recommend equipment, home modifications and intervention strategies
- Provide outreach services across regional and remote communities
Skills and experience
- Recognised Occupational Therapy qualification
- Current AHPRA registration or eligibility to obtain
- Current C Class Driver’s Licence
- Experience in community, disability, NDIS, aged care or paediatrics is valued
