We are looking for a friendly and reliable Junior Barista / Breakfast All-Rounder to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone with barista/cafe experience who is confident making coffee, can make basic latte art, and is comfortable helping during busy breakfast service.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare espresso-based coffees consistently and efficiently
- Basic latte art such as hearts and simple patterns
- Set up and clean the FOH
- Take customer orders and provide friendly service
- Run food and drinks when required
- Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant, tables and service areas
- Handle busy morning periods calmly and efficiently
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
What We're Looking For
- Barista experience (essential) with basic latte art skills
- Bartending (will be a plus)
- Comfortable using a commercial coffee machine and grinder
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Able to work well independently and as part of a small team
Casual/part-time/full-time position with breakfast and lunch shifts available.
