About the role
Provide strategic clinical leadership as a Principal Dentist within Metro North Oral Health Services, supporting the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based, and patient-centred oral healthcare across the School Dental Service. This role combines advanced clinical practice with operational leadership responsibilities to ensure accessible, safe, and sustainable dental services that meet community needs and organisational objectives.
You will lead service improvement initiatives, oversee workforce capability and professional development, manage resources and service performance, and contribute to the development of innovative models of care. Working closely with the Director, School Dental Service, you will play a key role in advancing clinical excellence, supporting research and innovation, and maintaining high standards of patient care across Metro North Oral Health Services.
