Administrator and Enrolments Officer
Full-Time | 38 Hours per Week
Pay in line with SCHADS Award based on Experience and Qualifications
We are seeking a passionate Enrolments Officer and Administrator to join our team on a permanent full time basis. This rewarding role involves completing day-to-day administration tasks in a dynamic day centre that supports teenagers and young adults with additional needs to develop independence, social connections, life skills, and community participation.
This is an excellent opportunity for an Administrator who enjoys program coordination with participant engagement, family liaison, scheduling, and team collaboration.
About the Role
As an office administrator you will work collaboratively to oversee the day-to-day operations of the centre including scheduling and rostering, while actively supporting participants to engage in meaningful programs and activities. You will work closely with participants, families, staff, and community organisations. The role will suit someone with excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, and IT proficiency. Duties will be shared with the wider admin team and the successful applicant will have a demonstrated ability to work closely with others as part of a team.

Essential Requirements
- Current Working with Children Check or ability to obtain
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or ability to obtain
- Current National Police Clearance or ability to obtain
- Current Driver's Licence
- Demonstrated ability to use and trouble shoot Microsoft Teams
- Demonstrated ability to use Apple programs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
Desirable
- Experience working with teenagers and young adults with additional needs
- Experience with Human Resources
- Experience working within the NDIS
- Experience using programs such as ShiftCare and ZoHo forms
