Time Capture Administrator
The opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a Time Capture Administrator to join our Energy & Utilities Support Services Hub on a 6-month fixed-term contract .
Reporting to the Time Capture Lead , you will be responsible for the accurate validation, processing and administration of workforce timesheet information to ensure payroll deadlines are achieved and employee records remain accurate and compliant.
Working closely with Site Coordinators, operational leaders, Payroll Operations and Hub teams, you'll investigate and resolve timesheet discrepancies, support payroll-related enquiries and ensure requests are managed through established ServiceNow workflows.
This is an excellent opportunity for an administration professional who enjoys working with systems, data and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Your work will play a vital role in supporting accurate payroll outcomes and maintaining workforce data integrity across a large operational business.
What you'll do
- Review, validate and process employee timesheets, ensuring accuracy and compliance with payroll cut-off deadlines.
- Investigate and resolve timesheet discrepancies, including missing approvals, incorrect hours, cost allocation issues and incomplete records.
- Manage timesheet and payroll support requests through ServiceNow, ensuring requests are tracked and resolved within agreed service levels.
- Liaise with Site Coordinators, supervisors, operational teams and Payroll Operations to resolve payroll and workforce administration enquiries.
Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on time capture processes, payroll data accuracy and workforce system utilisation.

What we're looking for
We're seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented administrator who enjoys solving problems and working with workforce data.
- Experience in payroll administration, workforce administration, time capture or high-volume administrative environments.
- Experience working with workforce management, payroll or timekeeping systems such as Kronos, WebTimes or similar platforms.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify, investigate and resolve timesheet discrepancies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build positive relationships across operational teams.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities while meeting critical payroll processing deadlines.
