Amalfi Pizza & Pasta is a fast-paced restaurant dedicated to serving high-quality pizzas, pasta with friendly customer service. We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable team members to join our in-store team and help create a great experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders in person and over the phone
- Operate the POS system and process payments
- Assist with preparing basic food items and packing takeaway orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the store, kitchen, and service areas
- Restock ingredients, packaging, and beverages as required
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house team members
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace health standards
- Assist with opening and closing duties when required

- Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
- Ability to multitask and stay organised during busy periods
- Previous hospitality or retail experience is preferred but not required
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
