This is a dynamic customer support role where you’ll become a trusted technical expert for customers using Aptella’s industry-leading solutions.
Working closely with customers, field teams, and technical specialists, you’ll provide remote, phone-based, and onsite support across a range of technologies including machine control, positioning, geospatial, and automation solutions.
No two days are the same. One day you could be troubleshooting a technical issue, the next delivering customer training, supporting a major infrastructure project, or helping implement a new technology solution.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting across Aptella’s technology portfolio
- Diagnose and resolve customer issues via phone, email, remote access, and onsite support
- Deliver customer training on machine control, geospatial, and positioning solutions
- Manage support cases and ensure customers receive timely and effective assistance
- Assist customers with technology adoption, workflows, and best-practice recommendations
- Support site installations, infrastructure setup, commissioning, and system configuration activities when required
- Document technical issues and provide feedback to product and engineering teams
- Build strong customer relationships through professional, responsive, and solution-focused service
- Assist with testing, evaluation, and continuous improvement of new and existing products
- Support industry events, customer demonstrations, and technology showcases

You bring:
- Experience in a technical support, customer service, field service, or troubleshooting environment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking capability
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confidence working independently and managing competing priorities
- Experience using CRM, service management, or enterprise software systems
- A proactive, customer-focused mindset and willingness to learn
Experience with surveying, machine control, geospatial technology, positioning systems, auto electrical systems, engineering, construction technology, or related industries will be highly regarded.
