About Medcast
Medcast is a healthcare education and technology company on a growth trajectory – home to MedLuma, our AI-powered clinician platform, and a team that partners with government, Primary Health Networks, hospitals and practices across Australia.
About the role
This isn’t a run-of-the-mill project management role. As Delivery Manager, you’ll own a portfolio of education programs and government-funded partnerships end to end, ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget, and be accountable for the outcomes of these programs.
You’ll hold key relationships with key partners, translating commercial commitments into clinically credible programs, and coordinating instructional designers, Medical and Nursing Educators, and external stakeholders to get there.
What you’ll be doing
- Owning assigned programs and partnership contracts from kickoff to close-out, including reporting cycles that continue after delivery wraps up
- Planning and coordinating delivery against timelines, budgets and outcome measures
- Managing program risk and escalating anything that threatens outcomes or margin
- Coordinating consortium partners, subject matter experts and internal teams
- Preparing and delivering progress and final reports to government funders
- Applying agreed metrics to evaluate program success and overseeing CPD quality assurance
- Working with technical and product teams on platform integration
- Feeding learnings, benchmarks and reusable assets back into team playbooks
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant discipline
- 3+ years’ experience in project or program management
- A track record of owning a budget and reporting on delivery performance
- Experience managing complex, varied stakeholders (both internal and external)
- Strong written and verbal communication, and sound financial and risk judgement
Nice to have
- PRINCE2 or equivalent project management qualification
- Experience in health and/or education sectors
- Experience managing government grants, including reporting and acquittal
- Familiarity with CPD, clinical education or clinical governance requirements
- Experience with Monday.com or similar project management tools
