We currently have two casual opportunities available:
1. Retail Sales Assistant – Casual
We are looking for a friendly, confident and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistant to join our team.
About the role:
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Assist customers with product selection and provide advice
- Achieve sales and gross profit targets
- Operate the Point of Sale system and process transactions
- Assist with stock receiving, merchandising and maintaining store presentation
- Handle customer enquiries and assist with resolving complaints
- Maintain a clean, welcoming and well-presented store
- Work collaboratively as part of the retail team
What we're looking for:
- Friendly and engaging personality
- Confident, helpful and polite communication style
- Comfortable working with members of the public
- Previous retail, sales or customer service experience is highly regarded
- Swimming pool/product knowledge would be an advantage
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Physically fit and comfortable being on your feet and assisting with stock
2. Marketing Officer – Casual
We are also looking for a creative and motivated Marketing Officer to support the growth and promotion of Clark Rubber Brookvale.
About the role:
- Assist with local marketing activities and promotions
- Create engaging content for social media and other marketing channels
- Support promotional campaigns and in-store marketing
- Assist with updating marketing materials and promotional displays
- Help increase local brand awareness and customer engagement
- Work with the store team to promote products, services and special offers
- Identify opportunities to improve our marketing and customer experience
What we're looking for:
- Marketing, communications or related experience is preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Social media and digital marketing knowledge
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Retail or small-business marketing experience is an advantage
